About Us

Company Profile

Forza Security, Inc. is a North Carolina–based private security firm founded by Thomas V.
Silluzio, a retired Raleigh Police Sergeant with over two decades of law enforcement experience.
Forza was built on one principle — to deliver a true law-enforcement standard of private
security services to businesses, schools, churches, and public institutions throughout the
Triangle region.
Our team is made up primarily of retired law-enforcement officers and select military
veterans, men and women who have spent their careers protecting others with professionalism,
calm under pressure, and sound judgment. Each member of the Forza team represents the same
values that define sworn service: integrity, vigilance, and respect.
At Forza Security, we understand that protection is more than a presence — it’s a partnership.
We work hand-in-hand with our clients and local authorities to ensure that every site we secure is
safe, welcoming, and professionally managed from start to finish.

The Meaning Behind Forza

Forza (noun): Italian for strength.
To us, it means strength, honor, and the courage to protect.
The name Forza carries deep personal meaning for our founder.
Thomas V. Silluzio, the son of Sicilian/Italian immigrant parents, grew up hearing his father use
the word Forza — a call for strength, perseverance, and courage in every situation. Whether
on the field or in life, that single word meant: stand tall, stay focused, and never lose integrity.

Years later, as Tommy retired from the Raleigh Police Department — just months after his
father’s passing — that word resurfaced. It became more than a memory; it became the
foundation of a mission.
Forza Security embodies that message every day: stand strong, protect others, and lead with
integrity.

What began as a personal legacy now drives an elite team of retired police officers and
military veterans who bring unmatched professionalism, discipline, and heart to every
assignment.
